12 MONTHS OF LOW BACK PAIN GONE… WITH ONE MOVE! UNBELIEVABLE!

I have practically seen the lifestyle of people having tendency of forward bending of spine too often and for too long in their daily activities. McKenzie approach not only include backward bending of spine but also forward bending stretches, when pain is resolved, "To Restore Normal Range Of Motion". So in this treatment, it is mandatory while keeping the spine neutral (in its most pain free position), to increase strength and endurance of the core muscles. The reason behind muscle strengthening is understanding of loading of spine. It is proved that relative to bone (30%) ,back muscles bear (70%) of load while doing activities. In circumstances, when our muscles bear less load as compared to bone, it gives extra loading to spine, result of which excessive pressure on disc and causes disc problems.

 

According to this approach, there are four GOLDEN RULES to avert the lumbar back pain,

#Core strengthening

# Break of posture (Prolonged)

# Maintain Natural curves in every position

# Bend backwards instead of bend forwards

 

Thumb rule is "To stand and place your hands on your lower back for support and then arch back as far as you can. Repeat 10 times, once/day (Exceptions are for those patients who is having pain in standing and walking and relief in sitting).
